Meet a Maisón London client adviser in Hatton Garden, or by video from wherever you are. Appointments are private, unhurried and entirely without obligation.
In the salon
Our Hatton Garden salon is open Monday to Saturday. Your adviser will prepare a selection before you arrive, so the pieces you have in mind are waiting on the tray with a few considered alternatives beside them.
Salon appointments last around an hour. Bring anything you would like matched, remounted or valued — a workshop jeweller can usually look at it the same day.

A virtual appointment covers the same ground: stones under the loupe on camera, side-by-side comparisons, sizing guidance and a written follow-up with everything you saw.
Engagement consultations
For engagement rings we set aside longer. We will talk through cut, colour, clarity and carat in plain language, show loose stones at several budgets, and explain exactly what changes the price.
