We hire slowly, train properly and keep people for a long time. Roles open in the workshop, the salon and the studio.
The workshop
Goldsmiths, setters, polishers and engravers work in our Hatton Garden workshop on permanent contracts. We do not use outworkers for finishing.
The salon
Client advisers are trained for six months before they take an appointment alone, including gemmology, sizing and after-care, so advice comes from knowledge rather than a script.
Apprenticeships
We take two apprentice goldsmiths each September on a four-year programme, paid from day one, with bench time from the first week.
