What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, delivery address), order history, wishlist contents, and technical data such as device type and pages viewed. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
How we use it
To take, deliver and service your order, to answer client care enquiries, to maintain your account and wishlist, and — only with your consent — to send house news. Consent can be withdrawn from any email in one click.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@maisonlondon.co.uk and we will respond within thirty days.
Retention
Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Marketing data is deleted within thirty days of you unsubscribing.
