Thirty days to change your mind, with insured collection arranged by us and no charge to you.
The policy
Return any unworn piece within thirty days of delivery, in its original packaging and with its certificate, for a full refund to the original payment method within five working days of arrival.

Exceptions
Engraved pieces, altered ring sizes, pierced earrings for hygiene reasons and commissioned High Jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Warranty
Every piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defect. Wear, impact damage and lost stones from knocks fall outside it, but the workshop will always quote for repair.
Starting a return
Email care@maisonlondon.co.uk with your order number. We book an insured collection from any UK address, usually for the next working day.
