Hand and machine engraving

A date, a set of initials, a line only two people will understand. Engraving is complimentary on most Maisón London pieces.

Scripts

We offer three house scripts: an italic copperplate cut by hand, a fine roman capital, and a modern sans engraved by machine. Hand engraving carries a depth and slight irregularity that machine work cannot reproduce.

What can be engraved

Band interiors, pendant reverses, lockets, cufflinks and the casebacks of our watches. Pavé-set and fully channelled designs usually cannot be engraved; your adviser will confirm before you order.

Engraved pieces are made to order and fall outside our standard returns policy, unless the piece is faulty. Allow an additional three to five working days.
