Responsible sourcing
We can account for the origin of every diamond, coloured stone and gram of metal that enters the workshop.
Diamonds
Every natural diamond we set is supplied under the Kimberley Process and accompanied by written origin documentation from our cutting partners in Antwerp and Surat. Stones above 0.30ct carry an independent laboratory certificate.
Lab-grown diamonds
Our lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to mined stones, grown in the United States and India, and always described as lab-grown — on the website, on the invoice and on the certificate.
Metals
All gold, platinum and silver used by the workshop is refined from recycled sources by an LBMA-accredited refiner. Every piece is hallmarked at the London Assay Office.
Coloured stones
Sapphires, emeralds and rubies are bought from named cutting houses with mine-of-origin records. Where a stone's history cannot be evidenced, we do not buy it.
