Every Maisón London piece is made in our London workshop, and every Maisón London piece can come back to it.

The first resizing within twelve months of purchase is complimentary, as is lifetime cleaning, polishing and rhodium re-plating on silver and white gold.

Chargeable restoration
Reshanking, chain repair, clasp replacement and stone replacement are quoted before any work begins. Nothing is started without your written approval.

Turnaround
Most workshop services take seven to ten working days. Pieces travel insured in both directions and are returned in Maisón London packaging with a written condition report.
